Pools
On the packaging, you can find the capacity in cbm/hour of your filter pump.
To find the dimensions and maximum water capacity of your product and all other technical information, visit the website www.bestwayusa.com, or you can find the same information printed on the color box.
The filter cartridges are available from your local pool supplier or in our Bestway USA website.
The device only supports distributing 2.4G network and does not support 5G network.
C-connectors are designed to be free, and there is no risk of collapsing after filling the pool with the water or during usage. C-connectors are designed to adapt themselves to the shape of the top rails during assembly and disassembly. After filling the pool with water, the C-connectors must be free to follow the movement of the pool’s top rails. The frame must be flexible to prevent damages.
Without water in the pool, it is normal that the top rails are not straight due to the weight of the frame. When water reaches 90% capacity, the pressure of the water will push the top rails out, and the top rails should be straight.
The sand could be flowing into your pool from the sand filter because:
1. The sand is too fine and can pass through the skimmer. Please make sure that you are using the recommended size of sand: 0.45 mm to 0.85 mm.
2. The quality of the sand is not suitable to be used with the filtration system of the swimming pool.
3. The skimmer is damaged.
4. The rinsing was not long enough after the backwash. Please consult the owner's manual to improve the operation of the sand filter.
Make sure the top ring is filled and hard to the touch. If it is not filled completely, it will float on top of the water.
Check If the filter cartridge is dirty. Clean the filter cartridge or replace it If necessary. Check If there is any blockage into the hoses. Check If there is any water leakage from the hoses or the connections. Check If there are debris caught in the grating where the hose connects to the filter pump. If so, Clean the grating.
If the water becomes white, it is the chemical reaction between the chemical used and the quality of the water. Consult your chemical dealer to adjust the water condition.
To read the working pressure of the sand filter, the water goes through the pressure gauge. The condensation is created on the external surface of the pressure gauge due to the difference between the temperature of the water in the pool and the external temperature. Thanks to the high quality of the pressure gauge, the condensation doesn't influence the normal operation of the sand filter.
If there is no flow between the pump and the pool, follow these steps:
- Be sure that the socket has power and the switch on the pump is in the ON position. Put your hand on the pump to feel the vibration of the motor.
- See if there is anything that blocking the hoses.
- Check if the control valve is positioned on the FILTER function.
- Perform the backwash and rinse functions. Open the cap on the Port D and be sure that water flows out with power.
- If all of the above operations function and the problem still remains, it is the time to replace the sand.
