All Bestway products have their own serial number, and they are located in different positions and have different formats. Please refer to the serial number guide .
It's possible the Wi-Fi is not connecting because:
1. The pump has been connected to the wrong frequency band.
2. The pump location is too far from the router
3. Set up the wrong Network Name.
4. The Wi-Fi password used during connection is wrong.
5. The strength of the Wi-Fi signal is not stable.
6. There is an appliance near the pump or the router that is creating signal interference.
7. Your phone is not connected to the Wi-Fi network during registration.
