If your new airbed feels like it is sagging or losing pressure, this is a sign of stretching, not leaking. Simply reinflate the bed until it reaches your desired firmness. It should maintain a consistent pressure and shape in 2-3 nights.
Yes, the airbed can be inflated without using the built-in pump. Bestway has two versions of airbeds with built-in pumps:
- with the safety valve located near the built-in pump. In this case, you can open the air valve and rotate the knob at the same time to deflate the airbed. - without a safety valve. This new version was applied on the model starting in 2017, and the safety valve is in the center of the knob of the built-in pump. Rotate the knob in deflation position and the air will flow out from the central hole of the knob.

Yes, the AlwayzAire pump has to be connected to the power source all night. The AlwayzAire is designed with a second pump that it will work over the night to keep the airbed at the same air pressure all night.

Instructions for mobile phones with the Android Operating System:
After the app download is complete, you will need to turn on location services in phone set up.
1. Open the app and press "Add Device”
2. Select "SLEEP CONTROL”, "SPA CONTROL or "POOL CONTROL"
3. Select “Device is powered on” and confirm
4. Select the Wi-Fi name and input the Wi-Fi password and click “Next Step”
5. Wait until the connection is 100% complete
6. Select "Default”
7. Name your device and confirm (optional)
8. Push on the icon with the device name - you will go inside the “AIRBED SLEEP CONTROL”, "SPA CONTROL" or "POOL CONTROL" panel Instructions.
Instructions for mobile phone with the IOS Operating System:
1. Open the app, and press "Add Device”
2. Select "SLEEP CONTROL”, "SPA CONTROL or "POOL CONTROL"
3. Select “Device is powered on” and confirm
4. Select the Wi-Fi name and input the Wi-Fi password and click “Next Step”
5. Click "Change Wi-Fi"
6. Choose the device hotspot : BW-XXXXXX-XXXX (The name and the last 4 digits are different for different product)
7. Input the password: 123456789
8. Return to the app
9. Click “Join" on the pop-up window
10. Wait until the connection is 100% complete
11. Select "Default”
12. Name your device and confirm
13. Push on the icon with the device name you will go inside the “BESTWAY AIRBED SLEEP CONTROL”, "SPA CONTROL" or "POOL CONTROL" panel

IMPORTANT: to inflate a Bestway airbed, we strongly suggest using the provided Bestway pump or purchasing one from a nearby shop. Our pumps are designed for our products.
To locate a potential hole in your airbed, use a mixture of liquid soap and water. Before checking for the leak, please make sure that the airbed is fully inflated. As a first step, we recommend checking the seal on all screw and safety valves. Then, apply the soapy mixture to the airbed. While doing so, you will see bubbles where there is an air leak.
First, follow the instructions on locating an air leak. Then, deflate the airbed and make sure the area is clean and dry. Carefully press the included repair patch firmly over the air leak, following the patching instructions. Wait 30 minutes before re-inflating your airbed.
Due to the nature of the flocked or velvet-like material, it is not easy to repair the surface, but it's possible. First, remove the soft material around the area using fine sandpaper. Next, clean and dry the surface and ensure the area prepared is larger than the included repair patch. If not, cut the repair patch to a smaller size in order to avoid touching the flocked surface. Carefully press the repair patch over area. Wait 30 minutes before inflating your airbed.
All Bestway air pump series (SIDEWINDER power air pumps; AIR STEP air pumps; AIR HAMMER air pumps) are supplied with all the correct adaptors to inflate Bestway's products. We suggest going to the nearest Bestway authorized retailer to purchase the right product suitable for your needs.
The distance depends on the range of the router. Check the strength of the Wi-Fi signal using your mobile phone to find the best place for your products.
The pump should not be operated for more than 5 minutes at a time.
The output voltage and current of the USB charging port is DC 5V 1A.
Through the "Device Sharing" command, you can share device control authority with other mobile phones that have separately registered an account.

Note:
- The sharing function only can be used when users are in the same country.
- Only one person can scan the Shared QR code generated each time. If you want to share it with others, you need to generate a new Shared QR code each time. Each generated QR code will be valid for 15 minutes.
Weight capacity is the maximum weight the airbed can hold. For single airbeds, the weight capacity is 330 lbs. For the double airbed, the weight capacity is 661 lbs. You can find this information on the packaging.
