Shipping Policy
Bestway uses FedEx shipping for all U.S. domestic and Canada orders. Shipping estimates for most items are based on orders placed before 11:00 AM Arizona Time, Monday – Friday (excluding holidays).
Orders received after 11:00 AM Arizona Time will be processed the next business day.

FedEx Home Delivery – Orders usually arrive in 5-9 business days
DELIVERY TIMING
Pending order verification and credit card approval, orders should arrive in 5-9 business days as specified above. Packages are delivered Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Your estimated delivery date will be shown during checkout and included in your order confirmation email. Your item(s) may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date.
Bestway USA reserves the right to send packages via other shipping methods based on the shipping destination, as long as the order still arrives within the delivery time frame outlined above.
Note: During checkout, you will be asked to provide a telephone number for communication purposes in the event a courier needs to contact you to arrange a delivery time. An email address will also be needed for confirmation and shipping emails.
